1. Who can use FanPull
FanPull is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter into this agreement. FanPull serves content creators who promote their own fan pages. By using the service you confirm that:
- You are 18 or older and creating the account for yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.
- Every person appearing in content you submit is 18 or older and has consented to its creation and promotion.
- You own, or have all rights and permissions necessary to use and distribute, the content and accounts you give us to work with.
2. What FanPull is (and is not)
FanPull is a done-with-you promotion service. You upload content you already make; our AI drafts a multi-channel promo plan, a human strategist reviews it, and you approve and publish each post from your own devices and accounts. We also generate tracked links so you can see which channel earned each subscriber.
Importantly, FanPull does not log into, access, or post on your behalf on any platform. We do not use your passwords, session cookies, proxies, or platform APIs to publish. Publishing is always an action you take yourself. FanPull is a marketing service, not a social network, hosting provider, or payment platform, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, X, OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, ManyVids, LoyalFans, or any other platform.
3. Your content and the license you grant us
You keep all ownership of the content you submit. To provide the service, you grant FanPull a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, adapt, and prepare derivative promotional materials (captions, titles, teasers, reformats) from your content, solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we must retain to comply with law.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for anything you choose to publish. See our Acceptable Use Policy for what is and is not allowed.
4. Third-party platforms and no guarantee against bans
Every platform you post to has its own terms, content rules, and enforcement systems that are outside our control. You are responsible for following the rules of each platform you use. While we design every post to be as compliant and conservative as possible, no one can guarantee how a third-party platform will behave, and FanPull does not warrant that your accounts will never be limited, shadowbanned, suspended, or removed.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- FanPull is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance through our third-party payment processor.
- Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are as shown at sign-up; early-access pricing is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current or past months, except as described in our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
6. Refunds and the baseline guarantee
Your first month is covered by our baseline guarantee, and ongoing refund terms are described in full in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. No guarantee of results
Except for the specific, written baseline guarantee in our Refund Policy, FanPull makes no promises about the results you will achieve. Any examples, sample reports, or illustrative figures on our site are for illustration only and are not a prediction of your outcomes.
8. Confidentiality of your content
We treat your uploads as confidential. Content is accessed only by the AI systems used to draft your plan and the strategist assigned to your account. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train publicly-available or third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Intellectual property
The FanPull name, logo, software, and site are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our brand except as needed to use the service.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanPull will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, subscribers, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FanPull harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content you submit or publish, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any platform’s rules.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using FanPull at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the service or others. Content that is illegal (including any content depicting minors or non-consensual acts) may be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use FanPull after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
