Refund Policy

We ask you to measure us against your own numbers, not a vague promise. This page explains our baseline guarantee for your first month and how cancellations and refunds work after that.

1. The baseline guarantee (your first month)

Before we start, we measure your previous four weeks of performance to set a baseline. If your first full month with FanPull does not beat that baseline, your first month is refunded in full, and you keep the plan archive we created for you.

“Beating your baseline” means a measurable improvement in the agreed primary metric (typically total new subscribers across your tracked channels) over the baseline period of equal length. We agree on the metric and baseline with you in writing before your first month begins.

2. What the guarantee requires from you

The guarantee is a genuine promise, so it assumes genuine participation. To qualify for a first-month refund, you must:

  • Provide accurate baseline data for your prior four weeks.
  • Publish the approved drops we prepare, in a reasonably timely way, using the tracked links we provide (this is how results are measured).
  • Keep the accounts you told us you post from active and in good standing during the month.
  • Not violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

If posting stops or tracked links are removed, we may be unable to measure results; in that case the guarantee cannot be applied.

3. How to request a first-month refund

Email us within 14 days after the end of your first month and mention the baseline guarantee. We will review the per-channel data together. If your baseline was not beaten and the conditions above were met, we will refund your first month. The guarantee applies to the first month only and to one refund per customer.

4. Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. There are no contracts and no connected accounts to unwind.
  • Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access for the remainder of the month you have already paid for.
  • Outside the first-month baseline guarantee, monthly fees for the current and past months are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate partial months.

5. Exceptions and abuse

We may decline a refund where the account violated our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, where baseline data was inaccurate or misrepresented, or where the guarantee is being abused (for example, repeated sign-ups to claim multiple first-month refunds). Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in suspension while the dispute is resolved.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
